So you're going to tell me ham pasta, nothing rocket science, everyone knows, it's a classic. But then cooked in this way, personally, I had never tested.
The method of risotto with ham shells, at first glance, surprised me a bit because I am not used to cooking pasta this way. For most of us, the method of cooking pasta is done in a stewpot filled with water, brought to a boil, and we know the rest.
Here, it is another cooking method that we are going to use since as the title indicates,Chef Cyril Lignac uses the same cooking process as risotto with rice.
So I followed the steps simply step by step to getA creamy and creamy ham casserole risotto like never before I had eaten. A real delight! However, I am not a fan of pasta.
I didn't even have to take out the pot and the drainer sinceEverything is done in a skillet, it's fantastic. Those who are used to cooking on a daily basis will understand me aboutsave dishes and time!
This recipe seduced me in the method of implementation. I found it easy, fun and the family enjoyed it. Roll up your sleeves! Fasten your apron, let's go!

The ingredients:

- Divide the shell risotto on the plate and sprinkle with chopped chives.

The only downside I would say for this dish is that it lacks vegetables but you are free to bring your personal touch.
